Templates are provided in PDF, PSD, AI and INDD formats.
Please submit all final artwork in PDF format via WeTransfer or by providing a Dropbox or Google Drive link. Send all artwork links to tc@cravedog.com.
Before saving your PDF, please turn off the template layer within your document. Save it using the “Press Quality” setting. Only submit artwork created with our templates. UPCs must be included in your saved document.

Terms and Conditions
Cravedog requires all customers to agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are binding for the customer. Irrespective of the customer's signature, electronic acceptance of this form and/or any payment/deposit made to Cravedog confirms full agreement and consent to these terms and conditions.Copyright Compliance
All Cravedog customers must ensure that they have secured all necessary rights and permissions required to duplicate sound recordings, graphic images and any other intellectual property related to a project. The customer hereby represents they own, control, or is duly licensed to use all intellectual provided to Cravedog for the purpose of duplication. If the submitted materials include audio samples, the customer is required to provide documentation of a Master and Mechanical licenses and/or permissions authorizing use of the material.The customer indemnifies and holds Cravedog harmless against any and all claims, suits, liabilities and/or costs that occur as a result of infringement of copyright or claim for royalties related to the customer's order and/or supplied intellectual property.
Cravedog expects the customer to act responsibly and in good faith with regard to all matters related to the usage of intellectual property. Failure to disclose the use of samples, etc will result in cancellation, and billed for all other charges related to that order.
Copies of all relevant licenses, agreements, and other documentation related to use of intellectual property should be emailed to tc@cravedog.com
Artwork
All artwork must be placed onto our specific templates, please be sure to download or ask for the necessary templates before submitting your artwork.Be sure you proofread before submitting your artwork. There are charges to resubmit artwork
if proofs have already been provided. Once all proofs are approved we will start production.
Deposit and Payments
All orders will not be processed until a deposit or payment has been made in full. Only US funds are accepted. All payments must be paid in full before your project will be released. All shipping charges will be reflected in the final invoice balance.Cravedog accepts checks, ACH/wire transfers and all major credit cards. We do not accept Venmo, PayPal, or Apple Pay.
For all Vinyl orders it is industry standard to prepare for a 10% under/overrun on the final piece count of an order. For example a 300 pc. order will have a final count between 270 & 330 units. Customers will only be billed for units received.
Turnaround Times
Please inquire with Cravedog about current turn time prior to placing your order. Cravedog cannot be held accountable for order delays. Orders will not be scheduled for production until all project parts have been submitted.Cravedog will do our best to adhere to reasonable time frames for production of your order, however there are factors beyond our control and we cannot guarantee turn times. Please discuss delivery expectations with Cravedog before placing your order.
Shipping/Freight
When placing your order, please include all shipping instructions in full: Commercial or Residential delivery address, delivery hours, loading dock accommodations, ability to receive a pallet and ANY other special delivery considerations. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. We will not ship C.O.D, Parcel Post or Freight Collect.Upon shipment, all title and risk of loss of goods, etc. shifts to customer and carrier. All shipping costs are borne by the customer. Cravedog highly recommends the customer carry some form of insurance to cover any loss/damage of goods in transit. Cravedog will not add any additional insurance without instructions from the client to do so. The cost of additional shipper-provided insurance will be borne by the customer and reflected in the final invoice.
The Customer is ultimately responsible for arranging insurance coverage. Cravedog's policy
does not provide any additional protection for shipments.
Reorders
All reorders are treated to the same terms and conditions as a new order.Non-Payment
Past due invoices on completed orders are subject to a 3% monthly finance fee & any storage fees. The customer agrees to pay all costs of collection incurred by Cravedog.In the event of nonpayment of a balance in excess of 90 days, the customers' claimt to all material related to their order are forfeit. Products may be liquidated by Cravedog without payment to customer or discarded without further notice.
Order Cancellation
In the event the customer chooses to cancel their order for any reason a $75 cancellation fee will be charged.The customer will also be responsible for the cost of any deliverables related to their order produced to that point, and all shipping expenses related to the return of the aforementioned materials.
Return Policy
Delivered product in the customer's possession for over 30 days is ineligible for any form of credit or return.No returned product will be accepted by Cravedog without prior authorization.
Cravedog requires 10 sample units in order to assess any production issue reported by the customer. Be sure to reference the project title and should be shipped via a ground service.
Return shipping costs via ground service must be documented in order for credit to be reimbursed for those costs. We will not credit or reimburse shipping costs of returns made by airmail or other express services.
Leftover/Remaining Job Materials
Please prearrange instructions for excess project parts prior to your order being shipped. Excess parts may be automatically shipped with our order unless otherwise specified.Cravedog is not liable for any damage to the aforementioned materials.
Cravedog reserves the right to retain samples of copies of order. Customers are not charged for sampler units retained by Cravedog.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the State of Oregon. Customer agrees to jurisdiction of the State of Oregon for any action and resolution of any disputes. By approving provided estimates and/or paying deposit, I (we) certify that I am (we are) authorized in my (our) capacity to bind my (our) firm for any and all credit privileges that Cravedog advances to me (us) as well as to these terms and conditions. I (we) agree that all accounts of money due to Cravedog are due and payable in accordance with these terms and conditions. I (we) hereby expressly agree and understand that our action on typing our names in the order form and clicking "I accept" shall constitute our legal and binding acceptance of all terms and provisions hereof. I (we) hereby agree that there terms and conditions hereon will apply and be binding for each and every order I (we) submit. This is a legally binding agreement and will remain binding until revoked in writing signed by both parties.
